The Suites Hotel Jeju

I am not sure if I like anything in particular.

I do not think if this is a 5 star hotel to start off with. I did not find the front staff very friendly. I think they need training that how to deal with overseas guests. I was very annoyed with that fact that the room only had paper cups and no proper cups for tea of coffee were there. There were no proper glasses in the room to rink water. It may be ok in your culture, but in our Australian culture it is not ok. The room rate was quite high for my expectations. The air conditioning system was set to one temperature and I was not able to change it...pathetic. I am certainly not coming here again.

Very quiet, convenience store at the hotel, a nice walk to the beach.

Extremely overpriced, breakfast is not worth it and you'll find better options outside of the hotel for lower prices.

A very comfortable little hotel in a good location. The staff, especially the front desk and the diner restaurant were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and trying to help even if the language barriere got in the way at times. I felt well looked after as a guest.

The hotel was really ok overall, i would recommend it! The island tho...it is gorgeous nature wise, but i expected more of the beaches and the people, they can be really mean or spit right next to you.....a place to explore, not to chill and relax on a beach with a cocktail, especially if you are a single traveller. There were no places around to just sit, enjoy a coffee and read a book, unless you choose a remote beach with either big, noisy tourist crowds or empty, with no coffee shops or facilities...it may be better if you are a group and do your own things!

Outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, room cleanliness

I enjoyed the most beautiful stay here. The room was great and spacious (Suite), the bed was super comfy, the staff was lovely and helpful. The surrounding areas were very well looked after and it was just a short stroll to the beach. The view was breathtaking! I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.

Location is great, especially if you plan on using buses during your stay. Hotel is nice enough- clean and the rooms are nice.

It definitely isn’t a 5-star hotel.

It’s well maintained despite the interior looks old.

The toilet bowl should be revamped as water pressure seems weak and hard to flush. The card access system should be upgraded to digital lock.

Advertised features did not exist; the staff apologized and offered one free breakfast as compensation. The response is inadequate.

This hotel is fine but definitely not the five stars they are advertising. Location is good, close to a lot of stuff. Clean spacious room.

It’s a bit worn. The fitness rpm was airconditioned so running was a bit of a challenge. The room service is the worst ever. Whatever you do, don’t order anything to eat. Wireless internet was sketchy on/off, very unreliable.

Breakfast is very expensive. I requested for the breakfast buffet $30 because it is the last day for the combination of breakfast and lunch but limited hours 700-930am

Our two rooms were side by side and we did not have noise issues. Beds are comfy and the linen changed daily.

The Suites are not as advertised, they are not worthy of a 5 star rating. The carpet was worn and stained, the doors are badly marked with wear and dirt and the bathroom door looks like its about to split, the bathroom is slightly lower than the main room and we all tripped on several occasions. Balcony with no table and chairs. TV had no Netflix. Pool is nice but very shallow, mainly used by children. Overall disappointing.
